SUBJECT: REPLACEMENT OF ELECTRIC MOTOR FOR 2-POST LIFTS PRE

UNITED SERIES

Description:
1. The 900003001 and 900003060 electric motors are replaced by the kits listed in the
following table for the pre United series electromechanical 2-column lifts (pre
Legend/Tomorrow).
The 047097860 and 047097870 kits include electric motor + set of electrical cables.
2. In the lifts of the new United series, the new motors are interchangeable without making
any changes to the system.

MOTOR CABLE IDENTIFICATION FOR THE PRE UNITED SERIES:
In the kits there are 4 sets of motor cables of different lengths, choose the most appropriate
cable by comparing it with the cable to be replaced, below are the indications.

- Cable length 1400mm, which connects the motor of the control column to the electrical
panel.
- Connect the phases U1, V1, W1 in the contactor as in the cable to be replaced.
- For the heat probe cables, follow the cable coloring (in the cables to be replaced there
were veins 4 and 5) then:
Replacement cable (white vein) -> Replacement cable (4 vein)
Replacement cable (red vein) -> Replacement cable (5 vein)

- Cable length 600mm, which connects the motor of the opposite column to the junction
box.
- Connect the U2, V2, W2 phases in the contactor as in the cable to be replaced.
- The heat probe cables, connect in the terminals as connected in the cable to be
replaced.

- Cable length 7700mm, which connects the motor of the opposite column to the
electrical panel.
- Connect the U2, V2, W2 phases in the contactor as in the cable to be replaced.
- The heat probe cables, connect in the terminals as connected in the cable to be
replaced.

- Cable length 7200mm, which connects the motor of the opposite column to the
junction box.
- Connect the U2, V2, W2 phases in the contactor as in the cable to be replaced.
- The heat probe cables, connect in the terminals as connected in the cable to be
replaced.
